Why I Love Walking

One of the best parts about walking is exploring the wilderness or even cities that I've never been to. For years, I have walked all kinds of trails and conversation parks in my hometown. How Often Do I Walk?

When summer hits, I walk at every chance I get especially when it's sunny. Summer doesn't last long here in Canada so I'm going out for a walk everyday whether it's a walk in my neighbourhood, a conversation area, or go for a stroll in downtown Toronto.

How I Prepare Myself For The Walk

I make sure to wear comfortable footwear like running shoes. (will never do sandales or crocs ever again) For long distances I bring my backpack with me and I make sure to have all the essentials with me. Essentials include water, sunscreen, more water, some energy bars, and most importantly, WATER!
